With her new role, Muse will work with the Center and Southern California family business leaders. She is planning to renovate the Center with research projects, and plans to head a new undertaking to secure external funding for the center.
“I am enthusiastic about this new opportunity to contribute to CSUF,” said Muse. “I look forward to enhancing the Center’s relationship with its existing members and actively recruiting new members within California’s five southern counties.”
Muse earned her doctorate in human resource management and organizational analysis and change from Auburn University. She has also had articles published in respected journals such as the Family Business Review, Journal of Small Business Management, Small Business Economics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
