Beta Alpha Psi

Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. Beta Alpha Psi provides opportunities for development of technical and professional skills to complement university education; participation in community service; and interaction among students, faculty, and professionals.

BAP’s weekly meetings are comprised of speakers from public accounting firms, government institutions, and private companies. The speakers discuss a variety of topics including recruiting advice, the difference between audit and tax, and general information about their company.

Lunch is provided. Attire is casual, but students are encouraged to dress more formally to make a positive impression on the speaking firm.
